Our customer’s client Sigma Sports is a successful bike shop and online retailer, which was established in 1992. At their premises, they provide customers with an opportunity to try out products first-hand and partake in their professional bike fitting service.
The Coronavirus changed the way they sold bikes to customers, with the introduction of an appointment system, to control customer numbers. It proved such a success it has become a permanent service. This meant a space was required specifically for these sales appointments, so a bespoke space was created, which we were able to assist with.
Duraflor AXIS Oak Nature was chosen to replicate the oak effect flooring they have on the main shop floor, however as well as looking great, it also proved a more cost-effective solution.
Sigma Sports are very pleased with the result. They reported “It’s really effective and helps the room, which is full of tools and technical equipment (for bike sales), it feels nice and warm.”
