Our client Axis House, a highly respected office design and fit-out company, was tasked with designing the new HQ for Genesis Motors.
The luxury car manufacturer, a division of Hyundai Motor Group, were looking for all the elements that we now associate with a 2022 modern office. A neat hot-desking space to accommodate full time and hybrid working patterns, plenty of meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, the latest technology incorporated into the design, and an abundance of natural light.
Duraflor were delighted that they chose our Espressa Honey Grain Looselay LVT to give a luxury, yet lighter feel to the classic, luxury colours used throughout the 3,500 sq ft building.
Espressa gets it name from the impressive impression it offers, and its speed and ease of installation. It is 5.0mm in thickness, so it can be used alongside carpet tiles, making it perfect for office walkways that combine carpet and LVT. And of course, it is easy to clean, making it ideal for busy reception areas and breakout areas where food is consumed.
The choice of Espressa Honey Grain was ideal, not only to create a classic wood look, but also working perfectly to reflect the natural light throughout the office space.
