Over the last 12 months, DURAFLOR has supported a Cat-B modern office refurbishment project in Central Glasgow by ReSpace Limited for a consultancy firm.
This project is an example of the continued desire for modern, spacious, and bright office settings. Studies by Forbes have shown that working in a space that not only meets the needs of the end-user, but exceeds them, can actually have a profound positive impact on employee output and work satisfaction. Research has also proven that people who work within these modern style offices suffer far less from workplace stress and mental health issues.
For this project, a selection of DURAFLOR products were specified, these included Magnitude Due South, Espressa Limed Essence, Freedom Storm Boulder and Freedom Pavement Mineral to be installed in communal office and kitchen areas. Also specified was Resolute Manatee for the bathroom areas.
Together, these products, along with the furniture chosen, have created a bright, welcoming, and modern office environment that will allow the end-user to flourish. The fit-out company responsible for this installation voiced their satisfaction with the quality, aesthetics and performance of the Duraflor products that were specified for this project. Stating that the products were easy to work with and the customer support received was ideal.
