ET Works offers independent IT solutions as a value-added reseller and managed services provider. They tackle any IT challenge from Cloud to Cybersecurity, and pride themselves on guiding and supporting their clients through each stage of their IT evolution.
Their brief was therefore a new modern office to reflect the innovative, high tech IT solutions the company delivers. The flooring was a key part of this, and using an on-trend hexagon pattern was not only aligned to providing a “standout” innovative look, but it was also very much on-brand.
The office hadn’t had a makeover for over a decade, and so like many organisations, they took the opportunity to revamp it during the lockdown period, in preparation for the return of the team. The project enabled them to install new meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets, a workshop, a stock room, and relaxation areas, to welcome both clients and partners. The exceptional refurbishment project was carefully managed and completed by L J Jones Property Refurbishment to the delight of staff.
Managing Director, Andrew Boyce at ET Works commented on the floor design – “I am extremely pleased. The outcome is even better than I had envisaged. I got some raised eyebrows when I selected grey, black and purple hexagon carpets, but now that they are in place, I only ever get great comments on how good it looks. Especially alongside the glass artwork and our logo – it all ties together. The team seem very impressed. The fact that they are doing their best to keep it clean and tidy is the strongest sign that they really like it!”
The Hexxtile range is a heavy contract rated tile, that is designed to provide excellent functionality in heavy traffic areas. It is supported by a 12-year wear guarantee. Selecting tiles from our popular Progression and Bright Ideas ranges that work well together, means designers and end-users not only benefit from a unique, creative floor, but they also know it will remain fresh and catch the eyes of visitors for many years to come.
